  5. v1.7   - Program now reads baud rate from the dropfile.  
  6.        - Added different race lengths.  
  7.        - Now deletes users who do not play in a Sysop configurable set amount 
  8.          of days.
  9.        - Removed the unregistered delays.
  10.        - Changed the way the odds were figured.
  11.        - Changed the trainer/schooling races for new dogs.  Now runs one race 
  12.          for each length.

  14. v1.6   - Introduced a new error into my DOOR library.  Would not allow users
  15.          to log into the game locally as new.  Fixed it.  
  16.        - Added the new registration code to the edit dogs program!

  18. v1.5   - Added a new registration subroutine.  
  19.        - Added a new help feature to the stats screen.  Too many users 
  20.          complained of not being able to read the stats.

  22. v1.4   - Fixed one mistake created a bug.  All better now.

  24. v1.3   - Found a mistake I made.  Not really a bug.

  26. v1.2   - Fixed a small bug that messed up the local screen when a user with 
  27.          more than 60 minutes tried to play even though they had run out of
  28.          races or money for this day.
  29.        - Fixed a bug that would allow a user to play even after running the
  30.          limit of 14 races.  The user had to login in twice more to cause the 
  31.          user file to reset the race number to 0.
  32.        - Added the high score screen functionality of the program.  I meant 
  33.          to add this from the beginning, but I was trying to get the program
  34.          out by ChristMas 1994.
  35.        - Added an error routine.  If an error should occur, a file called 
  36.          WPDOGS.ERR will be created.  This file will contain hints on what
  37.          can be done to fix the problem, and what problem did occur.  If the
  38.          problem is not correctable, have the information from this file
  39.          handy when contacting me about the problem.
  40.        - Many changes added to the WPDOGS.DOC file.

  42. v1.1   - The day after I released it, I found a bug with the help of a local
  43.          sysop.  It was not keeping track of the race numbers properly.  
  44.        - Also I found a bug in the EditDogs program.  If you were not 
  45.          registered, then the bug did not affect you.  
  46.        - A couple spelling mistakes were fixed in the doc file.
